HE FOUND A CLUMP OF BLOND AND BLACK HAIR ON TOP OF THE BURGER PATTY WITH THE <br /> TOMATO AND PICKLES. IT LOOKED AS IF SOMETHING HAD DROPPED ON THE FLOOR AND WAS PLACED ON <br /> THE MEAL. COMPLAINANT TOOK THE FOOD BACK TO THE RESTAURANT. THE GIRLS COOKING IN THE BACK <br /> PULLED THE HAIR OUT OF THE MEAL AND INSPECTED IT,THEY TOLD ME IT DID NOT MATCH ANY OF THEIR <br /> HAIR SO IT WASN'T THEIRS, OFFERED A REFUND,AND CONTINUED TO PREPARE MEALS FOR OTHER <br /> CUSTOMERS WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was not aware of complaint. He stated that he has trained his staff to wash their hands often. Cooks are <br /> supposed to keep their hair contained. <br /> Observation: Owner was the only cook at time of inspection. He has short hair.
