The probable surface or near surface of the bottom <br /> of the oxidation ponds consists of a tan to brown clayey to silty fine sand. No VOCs, TEPH or <br /> metals (in excess of CCR Title 22 TTLCs, STLCs, or natural Background concentrations ranges) <br /> were detected in the analyzed soil samples. Therefore, no further investigations are recommended <br /> or warranted for this property.. <br /> Limitations to this investigation are in Attachment E. A copy of this report must.be submitted'to the <br /> SJCPHS in accordance with the soil boring permit requirements.
