Weber Avenue, 3 Floor <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />RE: Inspection Report <br />ARCO No. 2186 <br />fornia <br />Stockton, California <br />Dear Mr. Jackson: <br />Via <br />Hand delivery to EHD office on <br />November 14, 2003 <br />This letter responds to the Program Inspection Report by the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD), dated October 16, 2003, for the ARCO facility <br />identified above. <br />1. Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "Submit current A + <br />B forms with current phone #'s and signatures. Correct by 11/16/03." In the <br />corresponding Violation checklist, a check was placed next to "CCR 2711(b) & (c) <br />Current State Forms A & B." <br />Response: In response to your request, enclosed you will find the Current State Forms A <br />& B for each underground storage tank at this facility. <br />2. Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "Permits to repair or <br />replace drop tubes are required to be pulled in advance of replacement. Also a 48 hour <br />notification is required prior to their replacement so that they may be inspected before <br />being put into use. Use this process of replacing drop tubes prior to receiving returned <br />approval permits `Immediately"'. In the corresponding Violation checklist, a check was <br />placed next to "CCR 2661 -Permit to repair UST system". <br />
