2.0 GENERAL FACILITY INFORMATION (40 CFR 112.7[a][3][i],[iii],&[vi]) <br /> General information for each facility listed in Table 1 including contacts, site map, oil storage inventory, and <br /> capacities, and discharge and drainage controls are located in Appendix A. <br /> 2.1 COUNTER MEASURES FOR DISCHARGE & METHOD OF DISPOSAL (40 CFR <br /> 112.7[a][3][ii],[iv],&[v]) <br /> Branch employees are required to follow the procedures in the Tank Farm Program, available on Weconnect, <br /> as a discharge prevention method for routine handling of products. The Wilbur-Ellis Spill Remediation Plan, <br /> available on WEconnect, includes provisions to cover storm drains, divert flow, temporarily contain spilled <br /> material in an effort to slow down the spread of oil, and cleanup spilled material. Site specific figures are <br /> provided in Appendix A that show culverts, storm drains, diversion ditches, and flow directions for <br /> implementing emergency measures in the event of a spill. However, if a large spill occurs that the facility is <br /> not capable of addressing,facility personnel will contact a contracted spill response vendor(ACE Spill Center <br /> [ACE]), Appendix A, page 4. ACE operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year and is able to <br /> provide immediate cleanup contractor support for Wilbur-Ellis. ACE would also manage the disposal of <br /> recovered spill materials in accordance with applicable regulations. <br /> 2.2 DISCHARGE RESPONSE & SPILL REPORTING (40 CFR 112.7[a][4]&[5]) <br /> Spill response and clean up procedures are outlined in Wilbur-Ellis Spill Remediation Plan, available on <br /> WEconnect.Additionally, information required when reporting a spill is found in Wilbur-Ellis Spill Remediation <br /> Plan, Emergency contacts and phone numbers are provided in Appendix A. <br /> 10 June 07,2019 <br />
