i i ­s I a i� t� ino-- _�ioc!W,)w <br /> t c"r vv 1:11 <br /> 40 CFR 112.7 <br /> The FacilitV's Conformance with the requirements of 40 CFR <br /> 112.7(a)(1) & (2) <br /> Williams Tank Lines has taken reasonable steps to comply with 40 CFR 112.7 in <br /> each stage of their business growth painstaking steps have been taken to ensure that <br /> methods to divert any hazardous liquids release to selected areas that enable a <br /> sensible and manageable clean up, <br /> Williams Tank Lines site has two primary drainage areas. These areas <br /> encompass and include the following tanks and equipment <br /> * 1 - 12,000 gallon single wall UL 142 steel horizontal Above Ground Storage Tank <br /> (AGT) with attached saddles on a concrete pad storing #2 Diesel fuel and 0R?- <br /> #2 diesel fuel nozzle. <br /> * 2 - 500 gallon single wall UL 142 steel Above Ground Storage Tank for motor oil. <br /> * 2 - 220 gallon single wall IBC Above Ground Storage Tank Totes for waste oil. <br /> * 1 - 240 gallon diesel reclaim tank. <br /> * 1 - 55 gallon drum of transmission fluid. <br /> * 1 - 55 gallon drum chassis grease. <br /> * I - 55 gallon drum gear oil. <br /> * Misc. 55 gallon oil product drums <br /> The site is a 24/7 operation with a monitored/locked gates, perimeter steel and <br /> security fencing. All oil product containers are securely located at the facility. Only <br /> authorized personnel have access to the facility, Williams Tank Lines has a Security <br /> Plan in place and additional measures are detailed within their Williams Tank lines <br /> Security Plan. The facility's #2 Diesel 12,000 gallon UL 142 single wall storage tank is <br /> visual checked weekly and inspected monthly. All monthly inspections are retained <br /> within this SPCC Plan. Storm drainage flows from the front of the facility, around the <br /> west side, toward the back of the facility where the liquid collection system discharges <br /> the liquid media into a detention basin. The drainage pond basin is inspected monthly <br /> for any visible signs of oil sheen. The liquid collection system in and around the truck <br /> shop is visual check weekly and inspected monthly. All monthly inspection reports are <br /> maintained within the SPCC Plan. Oil products contained within the shop building are <br /> securely located and inventoried in select areas. Any oil product spill or discharge will <br /> remain within the shop room and will be cleaned-up and disposed of in a proper and <br /> safe manner. Any oil discharge or spill will be monitored by Williams Tank Lines' <br /> management to ensure that safety is addressed and that all waste is contained, <br /> transported and disposed of in a proper manner. <br />
