Williams `dank sines - Stockton, CA <br /> If Measures listed in 40 CFR 112.7(c) are not Practicable <br /> 40 CFR 112.7(d) <br /> All measures noted in 40 CFR 112.7(c) are practicable,are in place,in use and no items <br /> need to be addressed in 40 CFR 112.7(d). <br /> Inspections, Tests & Records 40 CFR 112.7fe1 <br /> Alloil product handling employees of Williams Tank Lines will be trained to observe the <br /> aboveground storage tanks,valves, associated pumps,aboveground piping,oil drum storage area, <br /> and dispensers for potential problems. If a problem is observed, the'employee.shall inform <br /> management, who will in turn take the necessary action. <br /> 'Phe forms found in Appendix B, C, and D are to be used to record the inspections. All <br /> aboveground storage tanks, valves, aboveground piping, spill control areas, secondary '.. <br /> containment, and emergency response equipment and supplies shall be inspected monthly by <br /> Williams Tank Lines' employees. Each inspection shall be recorded, dated,signed,and placed in <br /> the appropriate Appendix of this SPCC Plan. All items requiring attention will be noted and <br /> corrective action taken before the item is deemed to be in compliance, The dispensing area is <br /> inspected monthly and any defects, spills,',or stains are reported to management for corrective <br /> action. <br /> All vegetation is controlled and no vegetation is allowed to grow in the firet oil products <br /> containment system.Combustible garbage type and debris are also controlled and no accumulation <br /> is permitted in the oil product storage and containment areas. Preventive maintenance actions are <br /> incorporated into Williams Tank Lines' operation and housekeeping measures are established. All <br /> leaves, branches and garbage have been maintained around the fuel tanks. <br /> Tanks are labeled to show the oil product that they contain and to express the reactivity <br /> and hazard of the oil product within the storage tank. No tank is allowed to sit on the ground with - <br /> direct contact to soil. All surfaces of the oil product tanks can be and are inspected monthly for <br /> possible compromise to their integrity. <br /> Any and all testing and certification records, as appropriate, will be maintained in this <br /> SPCC Pian for five years or in the appropriate maintenance report log for the regulatory agency <br /> that has jurisdiction on the testing requirements. Certified Testing occurred on May 5, 2015, and <br /> #2 Diesel Fuel tank passed its initial testing. Testing will occur on a five-year cycle. A Certified <br /> SP001 Inspector will perform the required testing and testing will be conducted in accordance to <br /> the Industry Standards found in the Steel Tank Institutes testing policies. <br /> 25 <br />
