The undersigned attests that <br /> this Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure SPCCP has been prepared in <br /> accordance with good engineering practice, including consideration of applicable industry <br /> standards and the requirements of 140 CFR § 1121, that procedures for required <br /> inspections and testing have been established, and that this SPCCP is adequate for the <br /> Facility. [40 CFR 112.3(d)] <br /> This certification in no way relieves the owner or operator of the Facility of his/her duty to <br /> prepare and fully implement this SPCCP in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR <br /> part 112.
