Based on a review of
the historical information, the site appeared to consist of agricultural land by the 1930s and was
developed with at least three structures by the early 1950s through the 1960s/1970s. Based on
a review of the aerial photos and interviews with the adjoining property owner Mr. Allen Moore,
the site was developed with a barn from as early as the 1990s through mid-2008 when the barn
was removed.
The site currently consists of vacant land covered with seasonal grasses and native trees.
Mormon Slough crosses the site along the northern boundary; however the slough was dry at the
time of Terracon's field work. A concrete building pad, gravel, and remnants of former concrete
building foundations were observed on the central southern portion of the site. Concrete retaining
walls were observed on the northern portion of the site along Mormon Slough.
Responsive ■ Resourceful ■ Reliable 4
