It details the response, cleaning-up, and waste <br /> management from the cleanup. <br /> Response: <br /> Asses the situation. Evacuate the area by notifying colleagues and Gilton employees be verbal response <br /> or phone calls in the case of a spill. Refer to the evacuation routes in the Evacuation Procedure. Contact <br /> the Emergency Coordinators to discuss the situation once the spill has been contained and release to <br /> the environment has been contained. <br /> Contact will be made in the case of an emergency by the clean up crew or the Emergency coordinator to <br /> the emergency responders listed in section C., Page 1, of the Consolidated Emergency Response Plan <br /> posted in the office of the production manager. <br /> Additional Agency Notification Numbers will also be posted in section C., Page 1, of the Consolidated <br /> Emergency Response Plan posted in the office of the production manager. <br /> Spills beyond the capacity of Pacific Spray Dry to clean up will be managed by an outside contractor. <br /> Clean Up Procedures: <br /> Hazardous Waste <br /> Hazardous Waste is generate on site is used oil from gear boxes and the air compressor motor that is <br /> under 5 gallons when changed. The likelihood of a release of hazardous waste is low. In the cas of a <br /> release utilize the following procedure: <br /> 1. Wear glasses, nitrile gloves (located in conex, production area) <br /> 2. Obtain oil absorbent pads in the spill kit. <br /> 3. Utilize the pads to soak up the immediate spill <br /> 4. Utilize oil absorbent"kitty litter"to soak up any remaining residual oil <br /> 5. Use berms located in the spill kit to contain spills. <br /> 6. Sweep up kitty litter and place in plastic bags and label according to the procedure below. <br /> 7. Place oil absorbent pads in a plastic bag and label according to the procedure below. <br /> Caustic MG and Grease X <br /> 1. Warn personnel in the immediate area <br /> 2. Utilize PPE <br /> a.
