PURCHASED AT APPROXIMATELY 2:OOPM, CONSUMED AT 5:OOPM AND SYMPTOMS BEGAN AT 3:OOAM <br /> INCLUDING DIARRHEA AND VOMITING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Walk in--34.00°F chicken in oven,thigh--211.00°F <br /> handwash--chicken prep room--100.00°F handwash--roasting room--115.00°F <br /> chicken in oven,breast--199.00°F Chicken on display--151.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Interviewed manager on duty. He stated no employee has called in sick recently, no one out of country. He confirmed that <br /> employee do eat the same rotisserie chicken during lunch hour or if they buy it to take home. He is not aware of this <br /> complaint or similar complaint. <br /> Observed the following: <br /> 1. Boxes of pre-seasoned and seal-packaged raw chicken from Foster Farm out of Livingston, CA stored in Walk In: 34 F. <br /> Chicken were received in non frozen state <br /> 2. Raw chicken placed insto skewers in chicken prep room. Chicken did not have to be washed before being skewered. <br /> Equipment and floor and sinks are sanitized with 200 ppm quat after prepping. <br /> 3. Skewers are placed into Inferno 3500 for approximately 90 min. Finished product out of the oven was measured at 199 F <br /> at the breast and 211 at the thigh. <br /> 4.
