Complainant alleges that they witnessed a homeless woman spit on a <br /> napkin and put it into the soda fountain dispenser where the soda comes out. Workers would not clean the dispenser. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who is aware of complaint. She stated that complaint gave the homeless person her empty soda cup. <br /> The homeless person cleaned her nose and then filled the cup at the soda dispenser. The customer started shouting and <br /> yelling bad words at the workers. She -_, that the homeless person contaminated the soda dispenser. The workers <br /> wanted to clean the dispenser but got scared and called the police. When the police arrived the lady was still yelling and <br /> police removed her from the restaurant. The workers then proceeded in cleaning and sanitizing the soda dispenser. <br /> Observation: Manager wrote an incident report. <br /> Soda dispenser looks clean <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
