Project No. 014-95262 <br /> IPage No. 7 <br /> 19. All Hydropunch°II equipment will be decontaminated prior to use or as necessary <br /> to avoid cross-contamination. All rinsates generated during the decontamination <br /> will be placed in labeled drums and stored on-site, pending proper disposal by the <br /> client within 90 days of generation. <br /> ' 20. The Hydropunch'borings will be backfilled with a sand/cement slurry. <br /> 21. Krazan&Associates, Inc., and subcontractors field work would be conducted by <br /> individuals meeting the Occupational Safety and Health Administration <br /> requirements for hazardous waste work including 40-hour health and safety <br /> training and medical monitoring. The work would be completed under standards <br /> set forth by industry and deemed acceptable by various regulatory agencies. Hard <br /> hats, protective eye wear, steel-toe boots, protective clothing, and respiratory <br /> ' devices shall be worn by field personnel when deemed appropriate by the field <br /> engineer or geologist present. A Health and Safety Plan has been prepared for the <br /> project, a copy of which is presented in Appendix B. <br /> 22. Upon completion of the field and laboratory investigation, a detailed report of our <br /> findings would be prepared and presented to our client. <br /> Currently, we would be in a position to begin the field portion for the investigation within <br /> approximately 2 working days of notification of your acceptance of our workplan.
