The recommendation <br /> provided by Elder shall be followed when the groundwater depression <br /> and fuel recovery- system is allowed tc operate on a full-time basis. <br /> In the meantime, the migration of the plume shall be monitored by <br /> means of the groundwater monitoring wells.
