These records are kept in the <br /> technicians' office. <br /> Stert-up <br /> 1 . Check the by-pass valve to be sure that it is fully closed <br /> (turn clockwise to close). <br /> F <br /> 2. Check and if necessary adjust the temperature dial <br /> } (normally set for 121 %). <br /> - � 3. With the autoclave off and the door unlocked, press the <br /> MANUAL. RESET button and select the desired cycle (ie <br /> liquid, dry, etc.) . Allow the jacket pressure to rise <br /> above 10 psi (minimum) before starting a cycle.
