RESNA <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> As a minimum Level D protection is required on all RESNA worksites. Level D includes <br />' ✓ Steel toed boots <br /> ✓ Safety Glasses <br /> ✓ Hard Hat <br /> For each task on this project, identify additional protective garments as required, include the conditions <br /> under which the level of PPE would be modified for each task <br /> Task(s) Condition Personnel Garment(s) <br /> 1,2 Working Near Vehicle Orange Vests <br /> 1,2 >20 ppm for 5 minutes z►z Face Respirator <br /> 1,2 >200 ppm for 5 minutes Evacuate Site Full Face Respirator <br /> SITE CONTROL AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> The buddy system muss be used on all RESNA hazardous waste sites. <br /> Site will be secured as follows: Fencing will be used when possible <br /> Work Zones will be marked as follows.
