•�� O <br />A Community Relations Plan (CRP) will be developed to govern community <br />relations activities associated with the site investigation for the Tracy <br />site. The purpose of the CRY is to establish: 1) a system of informing <br />community members and other interested parties about the site investigation <br />process so that they may participate; and 2) a communications network among <br />local officials, regulatory agencies, the local community and PG&E. <br />The CRP will be coordinated by PG&E. Two guideline documents will be <br />utilized in the development of the plan: the "Community Relations in <br />Superfund: A Handbook" (EPA,1983) and the "Standard Format for Department <br />of Health Services Community Profiles" (DHS, 1987). <br />3542a/BAV102 42 <br />
