QA PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE <br />The Laboratory Director is an experienced Environmental Chemist with <br />extensive experience in project management. The Analysis Coordinator is an <br />established chemist, well experienced in technical management of analytical <br />laboratories. The Quality Control officer is a capable chemist who is well <br />versed in established QA procedures and statistical analysis. The Data <br />Manager/Sample Custodian is responsible for implementing State and Federal <br />' hazardous waste project documentation. <br />The analytical group managers and the analysts are all experienced <br />chemists with thorough familiarity with their respective instrumentation <br />procedures. Their experience in a wide variety of environmental analysis <br />procedures enables them to understand and implement QA requirements called <br />for in each project. <br />6. GENERAL APP® <br />Effective monitoring is the key to ensurance of maintaining required <br />QA specifications. Such monitoring covers analytical performance, system <br />effectiveness and instrument maintenance. Through audits and continued <br />status report to the management, relevant QA personnel are informed of the <br />effectiveness of the program. All analysts are briefed with the specific <br />QA procedures and the Standard operation Procedures The Data <br />Manager/Sample Custodian coordinates the QA system execution while the <br />Analysis Coordinator and group managers oversee various analytical <br />implementations. The QC officer will perform audits and directly report to <br />the Laboratory Director. <br />I[ <br />
