<br />OBSERVATIONS: No paper at handwash sink; management states handwash sink not being used but is using the 2-comp
<br />prep sink for hand wash; 2-comp sink blocked with empty bucket and utensils and and buns are stored at the edge of the
<br />handwash sink during this inspection. Provide unfettered access, soap and paper towel in dispensers at the existing
<br />handwash sink. This is a repeat violation.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be
