<br /> Food safety certificate is valid.All food handler trainings are done on line and every 3 years(as per manager). By investigating
<br /> the procedures from receiving to serving for chicken and biscuits, Chicken is received, some frozen and some cooled at 41 F,
<br /> biscuits are received frozen only. Food is stored in the freezer. Chicken is thawed in the walk in cooler then prepared to be
<br /> fried then placed on the hot hold to be served. Biscuits are pulled from the freezer on trays then baked in oven then placed on
<br /> hot hold after being buttered. KFC has specific color tags for holding time by they don't maintain time log.All non adjustable
<br /> hand sinks have temp at 10OF and fully supplied.Ware wash and prep sink have temp at 120F. QUAT test strips are
<br /> available.
