SURMARY, OF VIOLATIONS CLASS I, CLASS II or MINOR-Notice to Comply) This is a report of the Routine and Follow-Up hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Class II (Repeat) Violations: 108, 122, 125, 127, 605, 701, 803, 804, 809, 812, and the following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 404, 407 108. (Repeat) The thirty or more 5-gallon buckets of waste paint in the Paint Room previously observed during the inspection conducted on June 16, 2011, still require hazardous waste determination and management. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 07/22/2012. 122 & 125. (Repeat) Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the last four years were not found on site. (Four years because this is a follow-up to the inspection conducted on June 16, 2011 where three years of hazardous waste disposal records were reported not found.) Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last four years and submit copies to the EHD by 07/22/2012, and maintain at least three years of hazardous waste receipts on site. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
