The following are Class II <br /> (Repeat) Violations: 108, 122, 125, 127, 605, 701, 803, 804, 809, 812, and the following are Minor <br /> Violations - Notice to Comply: 404, 407 <br /> 108. (Repeat) The thirty or more 5-gallon buckets of waste paint in the Paint Room previously observed <br /> during the inspection conducted on June 16, 2011, still require hazardous waste determination and <br /> management. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste <br /> accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each <br /> accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br /> managed by 07/22/2012. <br /> 122 & 125. (Repeat) Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the last four years were not found <br /> on site. (Four years because this is a follow-up to the inspection conducted on June 16, 2011 where <br /> three years of hazardous waste disposal records were reported not found.) Hazardous waste generators <br /> shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last four years and submit copies to the <br /> EHD by 07/22/2012, and maintain at least three years of hazardous waste receipts on site. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector: Received Bi / Title: <br /> EHD 2 -02 Re 4 9/ 2 Page 4 HW INSPECTION REPORT <br />
