THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL <br /> MONTHS NOW. ALSO EMPLOYEES VACUUM NEXT TO OCCUPIED TABLES WHERE PEOPLE ARE EATING. <br /> COMPLAINANT REQUESTS A CALL BACK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection.As per manager, she is not aware of the complaint. During my visit, I didn't observe the cook eating <br /> while preparing food.As per manager, cooks are taking lunch breaks and two 10 minutes breaks;one before lunch and one <br /> after lunch. Jay;the cook that usually taking his shift at noon; has nervous jaw movement,when they get busy, as if he is <br /> chewing gum. The manager checked that with him before.
