Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection conducted concurrently with routines for PR505492 and PR506351. <br /> The two facilities share a wall. <br /> Per owner at 155 E Lathrop Rd.,their facility has to repair the wall every 6 months. <br /> The south wall in the kitchen (by the 3 comp sink and mop sink)of facility at 155 E Lathrop Road has damage and the wood is <br /> rotten.The FRP, insulation, and drywall has been removed. [See C00045821 OIR]. See photos. Repair wall to proper <br /> condition by 2 weeks. <br /> The north wall in the kitchen of facility 151 E Lathrop Road is not inspectable as to how the walk-in freezer is installed. See <br /> photos. Upon inspection on the 155 E Lathrop Road side of the wall, it appears there is no drywall on the 151 E Lathrop Rd <br /> side. Potential condensate leak is causing the wall damage.Take action to identify source of potential leak.
