Hospital <br />Food is delivered hot (10:30am - approx.) Food placed at steam tables until served. <br />Lunch service is at 11:15am <br />Food trays go back to the hospital to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. <br />Utensils are washed, rinsed and sanitized on site. <br />Sanitizer and test strips available. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
