All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: Upon inspection, the dishmachine alarm was displaying "Detergent alarm." The detergent jug appeared <br />to be empty. Per Eric, the machine has been using up to a "cup of detergent per day". Inspector was unable to verify if the <br />machine was dispensing detergent at the time. Eric switched out the detergent jug. Have a service person come out to <br />service the machine and address the detergent alarm issue today. <br />***Proper temperature of 160F or greater is being reached at the final rinse for purposes of sanitation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
