Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />Facility Name and Address: PRESTIGE SENIOR LIVING AT MANTECA, 1130 EMPIRE AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Handwashing stations are properly supplied, hot water is available at the facility, hot and cold holding temperatures are <br />proper, facility uses pasteurized raw shell eggs and pasteurized egg product, wiping cloth buckets have the proper level of <br />sanitizer, the high heat ware wash machine is reaching the proper temp of 160F, food is properly stored to avoid <br />contamination, the restrooms are properly supplied, and food is being cooked to proper temperature. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
