COMPLAINANT SON HAS NAUSEA&VOMITING. <br /> UNSURE OF THE OTHER SICK CHILDREN'S SYMPTOMS. FOOD SERVED PEPPERONI &CHEESE PIZZA, ONION <br /> RINGS, &MOZZARELLA STICKS. CAKE&CUPCAKES BROUGHT TO PARTY FROM COSTCO.
