Staff state that an employee has been ill, but has not been working. <br /> Duplicate complaint received (C00049951): nature of complaint similar: 14 of 15 children ill with vomiting and diarrhea as well <br /> as 2/3 of the parents ill with diarrhea. <br /> Pizza(frozen crust, canned sauce, cheese, pre-cooked pepperoni), onion rings and mozzarella sticks are all purchased at <br /> Costco(to the best of the employee's knowledge). <br /> Pizzas are prepped on site(sauce, cheese and toppings are added to pre-formed frozen crusts)and stored in the freezer <br /> until a customer orders. Pizza is cooked in the Peerless counter top oven for about 30 minutes. Pizza out of oven this date is <br /> 186F. <br /> Onion rings and mozzarella sticks are stored in the freezer until a customer orders. Onion rings and mozzarella sticks are <br /> fried in the Perfect Fry Company counter top fryers. Onion rings out of the fryer this date are 207-220F. Mozzarella sticks are <br /> 178-200F. <br /> On this date: cooking temperatures are proper, refrigeration and freezer temperatures are proper(with the exception of the 2 <br /> door Tor Rey which is 47F), hot water is available at 111 F,proper handwashing observed restroom hand sinks and restroom <br /> facilities are properly supplied, proper food handling was observed, sanitizer and sanitizer test strips are available.
