Base shall be coved with <br /> 3/8 inch coving. Walls and ceiling smooth, cleanable, non absorbent. <br /> 4. Toilet paper dispensers installed. <br /> 5. Ventilation fans in rest rooms functional. <br /> NOTE: water heater is 78,000 -250, 000 BTU <br /> 6. Soap and paper towels available at all hand wash stations and rest rooms. <br /> 7. Hot and cold water available at all sinks and dishwasher. <br /> 8. Dish washer's connected with sanitizer dispenser. <br /> 9. All walls and ceilings smooth, cleanable and non absorbent. Wall corners finished. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
