RECEIVED
FEB 17 2016
ENVIRONMENTAL
# 102; W!ITU nMpARrApCNr
On 01-27-2016 all warehouse workers were retrained on proper disposal of rags
and other absorbent materials. They were trained to put the Oily rags in the
container provided by the laundry company to be laundered and reused.
Absorbents used to clean up oil residue were to be placed in a collection barrel,
labeled as hazwaste with a hazwaste sticker that has a start date and is to be kept
closed until picked up at the 90 day rotation set up with the waste hauling
company. The Hazwaste has now been designated a dedicated spot in the
warehouse for collection.
# 103;
We currently have an emergency plan in place and have had for some time. The
only issue was a posting that was provided me while you were here. Since then I
have filled out that poster and have installed it at the receptions desks, the will
call area, and the warehouse.
# 109 # 110 # 112;
All manifests that were not located at the time of your inspection have been
located and copies of them are included in this report. I found while searching for
these items that there were several locations in our AP system where they had
been placed, so I have created a new file system for the retention of three years
worth of manifests. Also the persons that receive these manifests when they are
generated have been informed of the new site to file them. They will also keep
track of the time (60 days)of each manifest and if they do not receive a signed
copy back from the designated facility within that time period they will send a
copy of the manifest to DTSC.
