A copy <br />of the signed manifest was located in the office after your visit on 1-13-16. <br /># 303; <br />Spill pallet was cleaned out and will be checked on a daily basis for product, if <br />product is found it will be cleaned and placed in the proper receptacle dated and <br />prepped for pickup. All alarm systems are checked on a regular schedule by <br />contracted companies. Fire protection equipment is checked on a monthly basis, <br />spill control equipment is checked on a regular basis, decontamination (eyewash <br />station are checked regularly and logged. <br /># 403; <br />All receptacles containing hazwaste are now placed in the proper containers, <br />labeled and dated for pickup. All drip pans, drain carts are emptied after each job. <br /># 501; <br />Advanced Geo has been contacted and they will be conducting the required tank <br />testing asap and generating an SPCC plan for the site. That testing will be done by <br />Advanced Geo on Friday 2-12-16. <br />
