# 506; <br />FEB 17 2016 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />HEe1TH r�PPAPTV CWT <br />We have started an inspection log for this area starting on 1-13-16 and I will <br />provide a copies which will be included in the SPCC plan. <br /># 605; <br />All containers are being labeled according to the product inside and when they <br />are to be emptied. All Hazwaste containers will be labeled according to contents <br />and proper info will be filled out on the label. <br />At the time of inspection there was an employee working on the oil filters. When <br />he saw us come into the area he stopped what he was doing as it is noisy. He <br />returned to finish his job after we left the area. Unfortunately when he left for a <br />time he left the container open which was an issue you brought up. He has been <br />told to stay put when working in the area and to make sure that all drums are <br />closed before leaving no matter what or who is in the area. The barrel has been <br />and will be labeled with a start date for disposal. <br />
