SAN ) H Q U I �l Environmental Health Department <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> A L POWELL TRUCKING 23534 E ARTHUR RD, ESCALON November 29, 2017 <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. The facility <br /> personnel properly labeled the containers. <br /> Corrected onsite-The 55 gallon drum containing used oil filters were observed without a label and accumulation <br /> start date. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as <br /> "drained used oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark the date and ensure <br /> that all used oil filters are managed in this way. The facility personnel labeled the containers. <br /> Corrected onsite-The blue 55 gallon drum containing aerosol cans were observed open. Aerosol cans shall be <br /> accumulated in a container that is closed, structurally sound and compatible with the contents of the universal <br /> waste aerosol can and show no leakage, spillage, or damage that could cause leakage. Immediately close the <br /> container.
