There is a yellow bucket of dirty water generated from cleaning the service department floors and it is <br /> unknown where the dirty mop water is being disposed without first determining the hazardous <br /> characteristics and properties. This dirty water may contain spill oil, antifreeze or any chemical <br /> substances. The detail shop washes exterior of the vehicles and waste liquid drain into the floor sumps <br /> into a three stage separator. It is unknown when the last pump out from the three stage separator. It is <br /> unknown if any other liquids may be poured into the detail floor drain. Any person who generates a <br /> waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for the mop water, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> 20. Failed to mark the hazardous waste label complete'.pn the containers. <br /> A 5 gallon black plastic bucket of brake shavings is missing its physical state. <br /> A 20 gallon drum of waste absorbent is missing the hazardous property. <br /> A 30 gallon drum of waste aerosol cans is missing its physical state. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. <br /> - Corrected on site. Brake shavings marked solid. Waste absorbent marked: toxic. Aerosol marked: <br /> liquid. <br /> 23. One 55 gallon black drum of drained used oil filters is missing its start accumulation date. Used oil <br /> filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked <br /> with an accumulation start date. Immediately label the date, and ensure that all used oil filters are <br /> managed in this way. <br /> - Corrected on site. Date marked on drum. <br /> 85. Copies of universal waste disposal records were not found on site. A box of waste fluorescent tubes <br /> were shipped to Veolia approximately longer than six months ago but no shipment records were found. <br /> Currently facility has a small storage of waste electronic devices: printers, monitors.
