Corrected on site. <br /> 610. The white poly drum of drained used oil filters was left open and unlabeled. Used oil filters must be <br /> stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date. During the inspection John Anagnos placed a cover on the drum and labeled it <br /> as "drained used oil filters" and an accumulation start date. Continue to ensure that drained used oil <br /> filters are managed per Title 22 Hazardous Waste Regulations. Corrected on site. <br /> 703. An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at <br /> least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and <br /> the following information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency <br /> coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the <br /> phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. During the inspection John <br /> Anagnos completed and posted the provided modified contingency plan form. Continue to ensure that <br /> this information is posted by the facility phone. Corrected on site. <br /> 804. Four universal waste(UW) lamps were not stored in a closed container. A UW handler shall <br /> manage lamps in a way that prevents releases of any UW or component of a UW to the environment. a <br /> UW handler shall contain any lamp in a container or package that is structurally sound, adequate to <br /> prevent breakage, and compatible with the contents of the lamp. Such a container or package shall <br /> remain closed and shall lack evidence of leakage or damage that could cause leakage under reasonably <br /> foreseeable conditions. During the inspection John Anagnos placed a cover on the container of universal <br /> waste lamps. Continue to ensure that all universal waste lamps are managed per Title 22 Hazardous <br /> Waste Regulations. Corrected on site. <br /> 808. Three UW lamps were not labeled to identify type of UW. A UW handler shall label or mark UW to <br /> identify the type of waste. Lamps (i.e., each lamp), or a container in which the lamp(s) are contained, <br /> shall be labeled or marked clearly with the following phrase: "Universal Waste-Lamp(s)".
