The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for STOCKTON HYUNDAI as of April 16, 2019. Open violations from March 14, 2019 inspection Violation #112- Failed to complete, sign or date manifest; or obtain dated signature of transporter. 018529089JJK missing total amount of waste oil transported off-site. The generator and waste sections of the manifest shall be completed and signed and dated by the generator. Ensure that all manifests are properly completed for any transport of a hazardous waste for off-site transfer, treatment, storage or disposal. Please provide total amount of waste oil transported off-site for 018529089JJK(9-13-2018) to EHD. Violation #114-Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. Manifest numbers 017696637JJK, 018529367JJk were found without a signed off copy from the destination facility. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the destination facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 35 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall contact the transporter and/or the owner or operator of the designated facility to determine the status of the waste. If the generator did not receive a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest within 45 days of the date that the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit an Exception Report that includes a legible copy of the missing manifest, and a cover letter signed by the generator explaining the efforts to locate the hazardous waste and the results of those efforts. Exception reports shall be submitted to: DTSC Report Repository Generator Information Services Section P.O. Box 806 Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit an exception report to DTSC. By April 12th 2019 submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the exception report submitted to DTSC. Violation #119-Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste used antifreeze for 2017, 2018, 2019, were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Copies of maintenance receipts for parts washer maintenance missing for 2017, 2018, and 2019 were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all receipts signed off by the maintenance facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Please locate a copy of all manifests for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. Violation #501 - Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. One 200 gallon red tank with antifreeze observed with no accumulation start date. All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. Please provide accumulation start date of used antifreeze tank. Violation #507 - Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous waste tank system and maintain records onsite. Daily inspections of the discharge systems, monitoring equipment, and tank levels were not performed. No daily tank log for one 300 gallon red tank of used oil, one 300 gallon red tank of product oil and one 200 gallon red tank of used antifreeze located on the south side of service shop. Immediately begin to conduct daily inspections of the discharge systems, monitoring equipment, and tank levels for all tanks containing hazardous waste. Page 1 of 2
