The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for STOCKTON HYUNDAI as of April 16, 2019. <br /> Open violations from March 14, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> one 55 black container with used metal oil filters (12-03-2018) and one black 20 gallon container with brake lathe <br /> shavings (09-04-2018) observed with accumulation start dates longer than 90 days. Satellite accumulated waste <br /> shall not be stored on site for more than 90 days after the container was filled, or a total of one year, whichever <br /> comes first. <br /> please contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br /> manifest to the EHD. <br /> Violation #708 - UWH stored UW onsite greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate storage time. <br /> One 1/2 gallon white bucket with universal waste batteries observed with a accumulation start date of 1/05/2018. <br /> Universal waste may be accumulated for no longer than one year from the date the universal waste was generated. <br /> Please dispose of this waste and submit a copy of the disposal receipt to the EHD. <br /> Violation #710 -UWH failed to keep complete records of each shipment of universal waste for three years. <br /> Copies of universal waste disposal records for batteries and lamps for 2017, 2018, and 2019 were not found on site. <br /> Universal waste disposal records shall be retained for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Please locate a copy of all universal waste disposal receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br /> submit copies to the EHD. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
