Quarterly Report - 15*ast 1 Ith Street, Tracy • Page 2 <br /> • INTRODUCTION <br /> This status report is for the property at 152 East Eleventh Street, Tracy, California It <br /> covers the period from November I st 1995 to January 31 st 1996 <br /> SITE LOCATION <br /> The subject property, that was purchased by the current owners, Mr and Mrs Albert <br /> Navarra and Mr and Mrs Carl Navarra (the Navarras), after gasoline was released into <br /> the sub-surface from underground storage tanks that were previously located on the site, <br /> but before the contamination was detected, is situated at 152 East 1 1 th Street, Tracy, <br /> California That location is shown on Figure 1 <br /> Figure 2 is a plan showing the locations of monitoring wells that have been installed on <br /> the site, on the site of Ultramar Inc 's Beacon Station at 153 East 11 th Street and in <br /> surrounding areas with an interpretation of areas of the subsurface that may have been <br /> affected by loss of hydrocarbon fuels from underground tanks that were previously present <br /> on the 152 East 11th Street site <br /> SITE CODE <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Heath Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS) <br /> • has assigned this site <br /> SITE CODE 9021 <br /> ACTIVITY DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD <br /> Corrective Action Plan <br /> An amended corrective action plan (CAP) based on the latest SJCPHS guidance was <br /> completed during the reporting period together with a plan summary and an engineer's <br /> estimate of the cost to implement the plan The plan, the plan summary and the engineer's <br /> estimate were transmitted to the SJCPHS on November 18th 1995 <br /> The SJCPHS completed a favorable review of the CAP on December 20th 1995 and <br /> notified the Navarras to that effect in a letter dated December 21st 1995 Also on <br /> December 20th 1995, the SJCPHS issued a Public Notice of Findings to initiate the public <br /> participation process that is required prior to final approval of a CAP The public <br /> participation period closed on January 19th 1996 with no public comment regarding the <br /> proposed remediation <br /> • <br />
