Corrective Action Plan Page 28 <br /> Electric power <br /> The remediation contractor may furnish electrical power to the site for the duration of the <br /> active corrective action program either via a temporary pole to which the existing <br /> overhead power lines that service the site are re-routed or, by arrangement, with the <br /> tenant of that site, from power outlets on the neighboring property at 124 East 11th <br /> Street (RAS Car Wash) <br /> L'otable Water Suonly <br /> The remediation contractor may, also by arrangement with the tenant, obtain potable <br /> water for cleaning and maintaining the groundwater treatment equipment and for general <br /> construction purposes by running a hose, fitted with a terminal, shut-off valve (Valve V-9 <br /> on Figure 10), from the points of supply on the RAS Car Wash site <br /> Discharge of Treated Groundwater <br /> The treated groundwater will be discharged from the treatment system via a 2 in <br /> diameter, fire hose to a storm-water catch pit on in the curb gutter on "F" Street (see <br /> Figure 6 for locations of storm-water catch pits). <br /> The discharge to the municipal storm-water sewer will be subject to authorization by the <br /> City of Tracy, Public Works Department and a Permit to Discharge issued by the <br /> CRWQCB under the provisions of NPDES Permit No CA0082929, or such other <br /> discharge permit as the CRWQCB shall determine to be applicable <br /> Effluent Limitations <br /> The requirements of NPDES Permit No CA0082929 limit the concentrations of <br /> components of hydrocarbon fuels and other analytes in the discharge from the <br /> groundwater treatment system to the following <br /> Constituent Concentration Limit <br /> 30-day Mean Daily Maximum <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons < 50 µg/Liter 100 µg/Liter <br /> Benzene < 0 5 µg/Liter 5 pig/Literi <br />' Toluene < 0 5 µg/Liter 5 µg/Literl <br /> Ethyl Benzene < 0 5 pig/Liter 5 µg/Literl <br /> Total Xylenes < 0 5 pg/Liter 5 µg/Literl <br />
