Submitted May 19th 1994 § <br /> § Copy transnutted to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region (RWQCB) <br /> Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund <br /> As the present property owners, the Navarras applied to the California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board (CSWRCB) under the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Fund for a grant to meet the cost of investigating and remediating the site On <br /> December 29th 1994, the CSWRCB issued an initial Letter of Commitment for <br /> Reimbursement of Costs to the Navarras <br /> During the reporting period, accounting and clerical work necessary to support the second <br /> claim for reimbursement for work performed for the subject site was completed and <br /> Standard Form Payment Request documentation for that claim was submitted to the <br /> CSWRCB on July 27th 1995 The documentation transmitted with the Standard Form <br /> Request included supplemental information prepared in response to specific questions <br /> raised by the CSWRCB following the initial claim for grant payment <br /> WORK IN PROGRESS <br /> The following work is in progress <br /> Corrective Action Plan <br /> The technical and cost studies needed to support an amended corrective action plan for <br /> the subject property is nearing completion and documentation of a proposed remediation <br /> program based on excavation and treatment of contaminated soil is well advanced <br /> Groundwater Quality Monitoring <br /> A program of groundwater quality monitoring for the 152 East 1 lth Street site has been <br /> established according to the Groundwatcr Sampling Plan Property at 152 East I I th. <br /> - <br /> iStreet, Tracy,California that has been approved by the SJCPHS The next sampling round <br />
