This status report is for the property at 152 East Eleventh Street, Tracy, California It <br /> covers the period from February I st 1994 to April 30th 1994 <br /> SITE LOCATION <br /> i The subject property is situated at No 152 East 11th Street, Tracy, California This <br /> location is shown on Figure I <br /> Figure 2 is a plan showing the location of monitoring wells that have been installed on the <br /> site, on the site of Ultramar Inc 's Beacon Station at 153 East I I th Street and in <br /> surrounding areas with an interpretation of areas of the subsurface that may have been <br /> affected by loss of hydrocarbon fuels from underground tanks that were previously present <br /> on the 152 East i Ith Street site <br /> SITE CODE <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Heath Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS) <br /> has assigned this site <br /> SITE CODE 9021 <br />. ACTIVITY DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD <br /> Groundwater Quality Monitoring <br /> As called for by the r fi U plan - PropQrly at 152 East I Ith. Street, <br /> Tracy, 1Ca ifo,rnia that has been approved by the SJCPHS, a round of groundwater <br /> sampling was conducted at the site on February 25th 1994 The work was designed to <br /> check water table elevations, the groundwater gradient and groundwater quality during <br /> the annual wet season The depth to groundwater was measured in all of the wells (NAV I <br /> through NAV 8) installed for the 152 East Ilth Street property and samples were <br /> recovered from wells NAV 2, NAV 4, NAV 5, NAV 5, NAV 7 and NAV S The samples <br /> were analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH-as gasoline), Benzene, Toluene, <br /> Ethylbenzene and Total Xylenes and an engineering report prepared <br /> Corrective Action Plan <br /> Engineering studies to evaluate site-specific geotechnical, hydrgeoologic, groundwater <br /> quality and site conditions that affect the selection of appropriate technologies to effect <br /> remediation of soil and groundwater at the property were advanced during the reporting <br /> period Conceptual designs for a remediation system have been developed and technical <br /> and reuulatory issues that will affect a final design are being persued including questions <br />
