Submitted August 3rd 1993 § <br /> § Copy transmitted to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region (RWQCB) <br /> Meeting with Regulatory Agency <br /> On September 14th 1993 a meeting, to discuss the status of the investigations of the extent of <br /> hydrocarbons affecting the subsurface beneath and around the sites at 152 and 153 East 11th <br /> Street and to review plans for further action, was convened by the SJCPHS at the Stockton offices <br /> of that agency Mr Albert Navarra, representing the owners of the property at 152 East 1 Ith <br /> Street attended the meeting together with representatives of The San Joaquin Company <br /> (consultants to the Navarras) The meeting was also attended by representatives of Ultramar Inc , <br /> . the owner of the site at 153 East i lth Street <br /> Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Application <br /> During the reporting period, a grant application under the Petroleum Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup Fund for financing of a clean-up program for the subject site was <br /> completed and filled with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Exchange of Data with Ultramar Inc <br /> On May 13th , 1993, a non-binding agreement for technical cooperation to facilitate an <br /> integrated program of groundwater-quality monitoring for the sites at 152 and 153 East <br /> 1 Ith Street was between the Navarras (owners of the property at 152 East I Ith Street), <br /> their consultants, The San Joaquin Company, Inc and Ultramar Inc (owner of the Beacon <br /> Station at 153 East I Ith Street) <br /> In compliance with that agreement, during the reporting period a copy of the following <br /> report was transmitted to Ultramar Inc <br /> Quarterly Status Report- May 1 to July 31 1993-..- 152 East I Ith. Street. Tracy, <br /> California. <br />. In September 1993, Ultramar wrote to the Navarras demanding changes to the agreement <br /> for technical cooperation The proposed changes would shift most of the cost of the work <br />
