#7c. A representative sample of rain water liquid and solids from Zinc Phosphate roll off <br /> bin was taken and tested as follows TTLC-CAM 17 (EPA 200.8). The results from the <br /> above sampling/testing proved out to be NON—Hazardous material. Please find <br /> Attachment#5, the analytical results with chain of custody that supports our findings. <br /> Contents of bin were pumped out by PSC Environmental and hauled to Altamont for <br /> disposal. <br /> #7d. A representative sample of liquid in the secondary containment of the metal cabinet <br /> in the southwest corner of the property was taken and tested as follows TTLC-CAM 17 <br /> (EPA 200.8). The results from the above sampling/testing proved out to be NON— <br /> Hazardous material. Please find Attachment#6, the analytical results with chain of <br /> custody that supports our findings. Unwanted paint was separated by oil and water base, <br /> and hauled away for disposal by Shop Hazards Solutions. Please see attachment 6a. <br /> #15,-CCR66265.33 , Failed to maintain decontamination equipment. The eyewash in the <br /> epoxy area was missing a cap on one of the eyewash sprayers. Replace the cap to prevent <br /> contaminants from getting into the eyewash sprayer <br /> Response: <br /> #15 (Failed to maintain decontamination equipment)New eyewash sprayer caps were <br /> ordered, received, and installed on the Epoxy area eyewash sprayer. Please find <br /> Attachment#7 <br /> #15,-CCR66265.33 , Failed to maintain spill control secondary containment. The used <br /> oil storage area secondary containment contained several inches of oily liquid. Secondary <br /> containment must be kept dry. Clean out liquid and make a hazardous waste <br /> determination on the liquid. <br /> Response: <br /> #15,-( Failed to maintain spill control secondary containment) The liquid in containment <br /> area was determined to be Oily water. Lowry's pumped out the secondary containment <br /> area, (and also two totes), and hauled the oily water to Riverbank Transfer. Our <br /> Maintenance department further dried out the containment area with absorbent, and swept <br /> it out. Please see attachment#8 <br />
