Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code section <br /> 25143.9, this recyclable material should be labeled"Excluded Recyclable Material, <br /> generator name and address, physical state (solid or liquid), hazardous properties (toxic, <br /> corrosive, flammable or reactive), accumulation start date and contents. <br /> Correct immediately by adding the physical state, hazardous properties and <br /> accumulation start date to the bags <br /> Response: <br /> #999-Other,(ferrous sulfate labels). New labels have been purchased by SWPC, and will <br /> now be used on all Ferrous sulfate bags, including accumulation start date.
