Specific violations and <br /> required corrective action are listed below. Failure to correct <br /> the identified violations within the schedule period will result in <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS) citing you for <br /> continuing/additional violations. <br /> 1.Report of Violations: <br /> 1. Section 25189.5 (b) , Division 20, Health and Safety Code. <br /> Hazardous waste is being disposed of at a point not <br /> authorized by the Department of Health Services as <br /> evidenced by: <br /> a) Bags of zinc phosphate filter cake were on the <br /> ground behind the plant, one was opened and <br /> spilling onto the ground. <br /> 2 . Section 67243, Title 23 , California Code of Regulations. <br /> At the time of inspection waste was being stored in <br /> uncovered drums. <br /> a) Scale from heat exchangers was stored uncovered in <br /> 3 fiberboard drums. <br /> 3 . Section 66508 (a) , (2) ,and (3) , Title 23 , California Code <br /> of Regulations. <br /> a) at the time of the inspection 5 waste oil drums did <br /> not have labels or accumulation start dates. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
