Schedule of Corrections: <br /> Violation #1: Effective immediately, Sumiden Wire Products <br /> Corporation shall cease discharging zinc phosphate cake onto the <br /> ground. <br /> Violation #2 : Effective immediately, scale from the heat <br /> exchangers shall be tested by a state certified laboratory analysis <br /> to determine if waste is hazardous. Until a determination is made, <br /> the scale shall be managed as if it were a hazardous waste. <br /> Within 60 days of receipt of this report, SWPC shall submit the <br /> laboratory analysis results and if appropriate, details on how the <br /> hazardous waste will be managed. <br /> Violations #3 : Effective immediately, all drums containing <br /> hazardous waste shall be labeled with the following information. <br /> The bulk transport bin shall also be labeled as hazardous waste. <br /> (a) The accumulation start date. <br /> (b) The words "Hazardous Waste" . <br /> (c) Composition and physical state of the waste. <br /> (d) Statement or statements which will call attention to the <br /> particular hazardous properties of the waste. <br /> (e) Your name and address. <br /> When all violations have been corrected, please send written <br /> certification to this office at the letterhead address. This <br /> certification shall contain the sample certification statement <br /> indicated on Attachment I. <br />
