COMPLAINANT CLAIMS THAT THEY DID NOT EAT THE <br />FOOD, BUT WAS REQUIRED TO PAY FOR IT. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THAT THE FACILITY WAS DIRTY AND <br />OBSERVED A COCKROACH ON THE WALL. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I spoke to the owner who was not aware of complaint. <br />Per owner, pest control services facility once per month. <br />I observed most recent pest control report. Pest control services facility once per month. Facility was serviced 12/1/2016. <br />I observed walk-in freezer. Per operator meat is received weekly, and is rotated. On Wednesdays deliveries are made and <br />walk-in freezer is cleaned. <br />I observed 2 door freezer where small portions of meat is stored. <br />I observed debris on flooring and equipment. Mop/clean more frequently. <br />Flooring was being cleaned during inspection. <br />Per owner, kitchen is mopped everyday with soap and bleach. Continue cleaning. <br />I did not observe cockroaches at this time. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
