Water is cloudy <br /> and it smells. Kitchen smells and there is grease buildup. There is a rat infestation in the building. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner and his daughter who were not aware of complainant. They stated that one restroom had plumbing issues <br /> and land lord had a contractor come in to do repairs. They also stated that vacant suite on other side of building is under <br /> remodel and since then rats have been in several areas of entire strip. Land lord contracted pest control who provided traps <br /> and comes in to monitor for activity. <br /> Observations: None of the sinks have a bucket of dirty water underneath them. Observed that there are several mouse traps <br /> on floors at dry storage. None of the traps have rodents. Did not observe at rat infestation. Garbage bin behind restaurant <br /> smells. Kitchen does not smell and is not greasy. One of the upstairs restroom is out of service.
