All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Water at hand sink very rusty. Repair water lines to provide clean / uncontaminated water at hand wash <br />in 2 weeks, and until then use the 3-comp sink for hand washing. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater <br />OBSERVATIONS: Waste water from condensation line outside Walk In on the floor. Immediately clean and dispose all <br />waste water to sewer line, and take measure to direct all waste water to sewage system without releasing to floor / <br />environment. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Wrong test strips. Provide proper test strips for sanitizer (chlorine) in 3 days. This is a repeat violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
