The owner, Rod Brownlee, is listed as the contact. You may view the current Bravo Gold <br /> certification list at the following web address: <http://www.sbravo.com/certlist.htm> <br /> The Husky Corporation does not maintain a certification program. <br /> I double-checked the requirements regarding installation of a Husky 5885 vent cap and 1A dispenser <br /> nozzle and both require an ICC UST installer certification only. <br /> Mark Tillotson will be responsible for installation of the Husky 5885 vent and 1A nozzle. <br /> Please let me know if you had a different certification in mind? <br /> I have also attached the adapter/containment frame(aka dispenser shield) brochures for your reference. A <br /> SAMPLE copy of the Western Fiberglass order form (this is NOT the actual order for this project) is also <br /> attached for your reference. I do not have a Bravo order form on file.
