BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOM OF ABDOMINAL CRAMPS. Product is received cold and maintained cold in the walk-in cooler. When <br /> needed,the ground beef pouches are put into the re-thermalizer for 45 minutes.After reheating,the product goes to the <br /> assembly line where it is held hot. Product on site this date has a USE THRU date of 12-28-17. Product made in Lake Forest, <br /> CA for Del Taco. <br /> Black beans are received in pre-packaged pouches. Product is received frozen and maintained frozen in the walk-in freezer. <br /> When needed,the black bean pouches thawed out in the walk-in cooler and are then put into the re-thermalizer for 45 <br /> minutes.After reheating,the product goes to the assembly line where it is held hot. Product on site this date has a USE BY <br /> date of 10-6-18.
