BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOM OF ABDOMINAL CRAMPS. LABORATORY DIAGNOSED <br /> SALMONELLA." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Product on site this date has a USE THRU date of 12-28-17. Product made in Lake Forest, <br /> CA for Del Taco. <br /> Black beans are received in pre-packaged pouches. Product is received frozen and maintained frozen in the walk-in freezer. <br /> When needed,the black bean pouches thawed out in the walk-in cooler and are then put into the re-thermalizer for 45 <br /> minutes.After reheating,the product goes to the assembly line where it is held hot.
